A free personalized training assessment is available for anyone who signs up for a coaching plan. An assessment will help me teach you the proper techniques to running, and have you ready to conquer your goals.

Individual Online Coaching 

This option is best for those looking to train on their own or in a group setting, with a plan detailed specifically to their needs. You’ll be given a week to week run schedule each month,
updated weekly via email communication with Coach Troy. This service includes a free personalized training assessment, lifestyle coaching, nutrition tips and weekly contact with Coach Troy.

This service is $100/month.

One on One in person Coaching for those in SW Ontario

I am available to coach 1 on 1 in person if you’re within 30 minutes drive of my home location. I will create a personalized training assessment and training plan customized to your specific needs. I’m able to run with you once a week in person, OR meet by telephone/video conference to discuss your progress.

The price for this service starts at $150/month.


Specialized Packages

Learn to 5km $100

Designed by Troy, this program will get you off the couch and running 5km in 6 weeks time. Running 3 – 4 times a week, learning the basics of running, this program will leave you sprinting to the finish line.

Learn to 10km $125

Designed by Troy, this program is designed to follow the ‘Learn to 5km’ program. With more weekly mileage, this program will help you achieve your goal of running 10kms without stopping.

Half Marathon Package $100

12 Week personalized Half Marathon Package

Marathon Package $120 

12 Week personalized Marathon

Ultra Marathon $200
