Whether you can run 10km, 1 Mile, or just 10 seconds, you’re born a runner. Through proper coaching, I can help you reach new levels both physically and mentally. My name is Troy Adams. I haven’t stopped studying how to better my coaching techniques, but my core values remain in place. My technique is exclusive to my own, and offers you the greatest chance of success. Teach someone the proper mechanics of running, and they’ll quickly realize they’re unstoppable.

I believe that anything is possible with a proper plan and execution. You must dedicate yourself to get the desired results.

Age and weight are just numbers and they shouldn’t stop you from completing your dreams. I can help you become the person who lurks inside, demanding more. I have extensive training with Run Coaching, Personal Training, as well as Coaching Nutrition and Wellness.

I believe in the 3 step process; first, address your running mechanics. Once I teach you how to run effectively, you’ll avoid needless injury and run to your optimum level. Second, evaluate your training schedule. A proper schedule doesn’t allow for burnout. Periodization plays a major role in success. You must train smart and listen to your body for best results. Third, is to capitalize on the mental approach of running. Running is a fine balance of mental toughness and the belief in oneself. You must trust in the training.

"As Troy Adams ran across Canada, I sat back and watched his progress while saying “I wish I could run”. Running was something I never thought was possible but Troy definitely changed that. I began training with Troy in December which started off with setting a few goals for myself. My ultimate goal was to run the Disney Princess Half Marathon in 2015. As Troy laughed and said “You will run that half marathon in 2014” I thought he was CRAZY. I went from not being able to run 30 seconds in December to running my first half marathon in 2014! Troy brought something out in me that I never thought was possible and took pride in my results! Troy retrained my attitude while I retrained body. Troy CHANGED MY LIFE and to this day I continue to live by Troy’s famous saying “One foot in front of the other”"!

There were a couple moments when I doubted myself because of the opinions of other professionals, but I would turn to Troy and he would reassure me and continue to motivate me to reach my goal.
